Although Knolton's main business is production of cheese and butter exported around the world in 22 Tonne containers, we keep some of our best produce to sell locally. This is available to purchase from our vending machine, nicknamed the "cheese Machine," which is located at the entrance to our facility. The following items are available for purchase:
